‘Places’ with the Caregiver App
With Places, the Caregiver Mobile App feature, caregivers can add locations where the Belle X user frequently goes.
Becklar Personal Health and Safety is very excited to announce our first new release of 2025 – Introducing Places on the Caregiver Mobile App. With Places, Caregiver App users can add locations that the Belle X user frequently visits and receive app notifications when the Belle X user enters and exits those locations throughout the day.
Additionally, we now offer the ability to monitor multiple Belle X devices with a single Caregiver App login. With this feature, caregivers can easily switch between Belle X devices in the App, receive notifications for all associated Belle X devices, and monitor the safety of all their loved ones effortlessly. Caregiver App users are also able to customize photos and nicknames for each Belle X device in the app.
How Does Places Work in the Caregiver Mobile App?
With Places in the Caregiver Mobile App, caregivers can add locations where the Belle X user frequently goes. The caregiver can then receive automatic alerts when their loved one enters and exits those zones throughout the day. The caregiver will be able to add up to 4 frequent locations per Belle X device and can individually configure the radius for each location.
What Else Can the Caregiver Mobile App Do?
With the Caregiver App, caregivers can:
- Check Belle X user’s location anytime
- Receive an alert for the Belle X user’s first motion of the day
- Receive alerts if the Belle X user has not moved by the first motion target time
- View first motion history
- Receive alerts when the Belle X user presses the SOS button, or a fall alarm is received
- View Belle X alarm history
- Check Belle X user’s daily steps and view step history
- View Belle X battery level, and receive alerts if the Belle X battery is low or powers off
- Ring the Belle X device to help find it if it has been misplaced

Belle X is a compact two-way voice, mobile personal emergency response system (mPERS) that provides customers with fast access to professional and compassionate operators with the press of a button.
Belle X can automatically detect falls and movement, and it includes GPS and WiFi location services. Belle X works at home and away, across the US and Canada, and it is certified on the Verizon, AT&T and TELUS networks.
Our expert operators are highly trained to handle all situations and can locate customers and dispatch emergency services when needed.
Belle X has industry-leading battery life. The use of Caregiver App and additional GPS tracking can require more frequent charging.
